Javier Diaz de Leon LL.M. (Taxation)

Javier Diaz de Leon is Partner of the International Tax Practice of Ernst & Young Mexico. He is a Mexican tax attorney with expertise in domestic and cross border transactions involving multinationals based in the US, Canada and Mexico. His credentials are focused in M&A, private equity, capital markets, cross border financings and derivative transactions. Javier obtained a Master Degree (LL.M.) in International Taxation at New York University School of Law. He is member of the International Tax Committee of the IMCP in Mexico and has authored numerous articles for IBFD and other Journals. He is also proffessor of tax courses at ITAM.
