Elizabeth's areas of practice include Estate Planning, Taxation and Elder Care Planning. Elizabeth often lectures on various aspects of Elder Care Planning, Tax Law and Estate Planning. Elizabeth has been named a New York Metro Area Super Lawyer Rising Star in the area of Estate Planning and Probate each year from 2016 through 2022. Elizabeth has been featured in New York Magazine and she has been quoted in the New York Times. Prior to founding Forspan Klear LLP, Elizabeth was the Managing Attorney of a prominent New York Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Firm. Prior to that, Elizabeth was a Tax Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, where she focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive Compensation. Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and she received her B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York, where she graduated summa cum laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
