Peter J. Strauss J.D., LL.M.

Peter Strauss is the Managing Member of The Strauss Law Firm, LLC, located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. His firm focuses on estate and tax planning, asset protection and captive insurance solutions.

Mr. Strauss has authored three books on captive insurance companies, including “The Definitive Guide to Captive Insurance Companies” which is a bestseller on Amazon.com in its category. He regularly speaks at conferences for the AICPA, Southern Federal Tax Institute, and Hawaii Tax Institute, amongst others. Mr. Strauss graduated from the New England School of Law and holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami.
