Susan Ott, is the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of PBI Gordon, headquartered in Kansas City, MO. This year, PBI is celebrating 70 years in business and has been ESOP since 1994. The company provides innovative products serving the pesticide, veterinary medicine and animal health sectors. Prior to joining PBI, Susan has been an executive with; Church & Dwight, Clorox, Associated Wholesale Grocers and Sprint. She serves on the board of Empowering Minds International, and is a member of the Heart of America ESOP Executive Committee. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, CCP and SPHR.
