Veronica Zayatz CPA

Ronnie is the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President for Hendrick Automotive Group the nation's largest privately held automobile dealership group and the sixth-largest automotive dealership group overall. She joined the Organization in 1994 as Director of Tax and was promoted to her current role in 2001. Ronnie oversees dealership accounting policies and practices as well as Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting and Tax. Prior to joining the Hendrick Organization in 1994, Ronnie spent 12 years in public accounting with KPMG and then RSM performing tax and consulting services. Ronnie received a BA in Education from Belmont Abbey College (NC), her undergraduate accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a licensed CPA.
