James Brannen

Jim Brannen is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Loan Officer with Federal Savings Bank, a $330 million mutual savings bank headquartered in Dover, New Hampshire. Over the past 33 years Brannen has spent the majority of his career in community banking covering a wide range of responsibilities that include accounting and finance, credit administration, direct and indirect retail and commercial lending, business development, loan and deposit operations, audit and compliance, information technology, risk management, vendor and facilities management, bank merger and acquisition, branch administration, and more. He holds management degrees from White Mountains Community College and Granite State College as well as an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Brannen currently serves on the ABA Accounting Administrative Committee, participates in New Hampshire Bankers Association initiatives and is active with a variety of local charitable and civic organizations.
