Brad Coffey is a Manager with the AICPA Peer Review Program. He contributes to the development and maintenance of educational offerings and technical guidance for the AICPA Peer Review Program, and provides consultative services to firms and administering entities, and serves as a technical reviewer for the National Peer Review Committee.
Brad is a liaison for various task forces of the Peer Review Board, including the Education and Communication Task Force, Technical Reviewers Advisory Task Force, and the Practice Monitoring Task Force for Employee Benefit Plan Audits. In these roles, he develops or revises continuing professional education offerings specifically designed for peer reviewers, and develops content for the annual AICPA Peer Review Conference. Brad is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting, and he is currently a licensed CPA in the State of North Carolina. Prior to joining the AICPA, he worked in the audit and assurance practices of Dixon Hughes Goodman and Deloitte in Raleigh, NC.
