Kristin McGill

Kristin currently serves as the Senior Director, Membership, and Senior Director, Corporate Outreach for the Illinois CPA Society, where she oversees the Society's membership recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives for over 23,000 members. She and her team also oversee outreach strategies for young professionals, women, firm, and corporate finance professionals. Prior to joining ICPAS, she worked on the consulting side of associations including six years as Executive Vice President and Senior Consultant for The Learning Studio with a focus on research, education, and professional development. She's served as Director of Membership and a variety of membership, chapter, certification, and governance roles over the course of the first half of her career. Kristin earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and an MBA from Loyola University-Chicago. She also holds the CAE designation.
