Erica DeBiase

Erica DeBiase is the Director of Academic & Career Development at the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA), where she oversees a statewide career development program to assist students in accomplishing their career goals, and to enhance relations among educators, practitioners, and the Society. Her focus is developing, implementing and managing a program to sustain the CPA brand. She also assists in the MSCPAs strategic initiative to increase diversity in the profession as it relates to students. Erica has been with the MSCPA for four years. She is passionate about helping students do what they love. She is an avid learner who enjoys reading, traveling and scary movies.
