Abbi Failla manages The Member Experience Network at Nationwide, a Fortune 100 Best Place to Work. She has been working in consumer and employee loyalty and engagement for over 10 years with a broad range of industries including automotive, financial, government, start-up, and non-profit. Abbi graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Communication. She is actively involved in her community and volunteers on the Development Board for Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Abbi is a proud dog mom living in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio.
