Jennifer B Rowell IOM

Small but mighty leader who knows that teamwork makes the dreamwork. Jennifer creates magic in the areas of member engagement, program development, project management, strategic planning, and business development - just to name a few. A calculated risk-taker who knows change is the only option nonprofits have for growth. An abandonment guru who's given up tradition to create companies to help those who are in the business of helping others.

Jennifer has been working for nonprofits since 2001and has a passion for helping organizations (and people!) succeed. Jennifer spent 10 years with the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) assisting with grassroots efforts across the state and ending her career as the director of member engagement. She now co-owns Up10 Solutions, LLC with business partner, Sonya Guthrie, where they continue to help organizations elevate their success.

Jennifer graduated from East Carolina University with a BA in Health Information Management. She has completed four years at the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Organization Management. When she is not working, Jennifer can be found hanging with her three kids, enjoying time with friends, or traveling anytime she gets a chance.
