Nicholas Lazzaruolo CPA

Nicholas Lazzaruolo serves as an audit partner at Grant Thornton LLP, and he is fully dedicated to serving not-for-profit and higher education clients. His technical expertise includes performing financial statement and compliance audits, consolidated fiscal report certifications, agreed upon procedures and special projects relating to operational studies. He joined Grant Thornton in 2003 and has served a vast array of national and international not-for-profit organizations including social service organizations, professional associations, institutions of higher education, foundations and religious organizations.

He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of Grant Thornton’s National Not-for-Profit Leadership Team.
