Diane Fraber CPA

Diane Fraber is the Director of Financial Reporting and Control for the United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO). The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. In her role, she oversees the organization’s internal & external reporting, audits, taxes, financial systems and budgeting process. She joined the USO in March 2012.

Prior to joining the USO, she served as a Senior Audit Manager in Grant Thornton’s Not-for-Profit Practice and was responsible for managing Single Audit engagements in addition to standard financial statement audits. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University in 2001 and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has over 15 years of professional experience, including 10 in public accounting working primarily with Not for Profit Organizations.
