As the Founder and Managing Director of Client Experience Group™, Judy Bodenhamer is an entrepreneur, business executive, coach, mentor, innovator, and community volunteer. She is passionate about creating customized programs and experiences to help businesses and professionals achieve accelerated levels of success. Her engagements involve the strategic delivery of sales and marketing programs, organizational development design and consulting, client experience strategies, and leadership development initiatives with professional services organizations who want to positively impact their performance and growth. Her business leadership experience spans over 20 years, of which, Ms. Bodenhamer spent half of her career at Fortune 50 organizations, with her last assignment being Vice President, leading a ~$200M division, with well over 100 employees. Throughout her career working with local, regional, and national professional services firms, she has created and facilitated highly successful programs in the areas of business development, client experience strategies, relationship manager certification, advisor of the future upskilling, and employee engagement programming. When she is serving clients as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, she helps them to integrate and leverage business goals in the areas of marketing, business development, employee engagement, and client experience. In addition, she is a national speaker and author on a variety of topics focusing on the growth and development of organizations, talent, and market opportunities. She is adjunct faculty at The University of Akron, a guest lecturer at Baldwin Wallace University, a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and teaches business development leadership through Power Up Professionals.
