Rosemary Fei is a principal at the law firm of Adler & Colvin, San Francisco. Ms. Fei writes and teaches extensively. Ms. Fei graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1980, and she graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1986.
