Rebecca Blough joined the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) in 2010 and serves as the Senior Manager of College & University Initiatives for the Academic & Student Engagement team. In her role, she develops innovative programs, products and services to increase awareness, interest and desire among college students to pursue a career within the accounting profession. Through management of the ThisWayToCPA brand and website, designed specifically for college students and CPA Exam candidates, Rebecca and her team carry out strategic initiatives and alliances that deliver tools, resources and experiences to inspire and inform the pipeline of future CPAs.
