Dave is a Tax Partner with Anton Collins Mitchell LLP in Denver Colorado where he is the Tax Business Line Leader in charge of risk management and quality control. Dave works with a diverse array of clients and entity structures, and enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients.

David pays meticulous attention to his clients’ overall portfolios, anticipating impending difficulties, foreseeing potential opportunities, and crafting innovative solutions to help them achieve their full benefit. With more than 35 years of experience in tax and business advisory services, he efficiently handles his clients’ personal and commercial tax needs.

By leveraging his expertise and ACM’s resources, Dave enjoys helping closely held businesses realize their dreams of expanding into larger national and international markets.

He is experienced at implementing and documenting the income tax positions and related estimates as required by the provisions of ASC 740. His clients know that he will act as a sounding board for complex tax questions and maintain an ongoing evaluation of their positions where difficulties may arise.
