Colleen understands the importance of making the strategic connection between human impact and bottom line profitability. As Chief Strategist and Business Consultant, she reviews, designs, and facilitates operational improvement initiatives for clients resulting in stabilized functions, reduced expenses, increased human performance, expanded revenue opportunities and increased client satisfaction. Combining over 25 years of experience with a national business network, Colleen launched Cascadia Business Development Group, LLC committed to delivering services that enhance organization’s people, performance, and profitability.

Colleen has served as Director of Corporate Group Solutions for an international education company, Executive Vice President for a statewide financial institution, Senior Business Development Officer and Director of Marketing for a statewide CPA firm and served as a fully licensed Insurance Agent for a statewide agency. During this time she gained extensive leadership experience in sales and service delivery, compliance and risk management, financial and lean operations, team development, human resource and performance management, training integration and program development, new product and service development, marketing/advertising plan development and implementation, and profitability enhancement. Her broad industry experience provides an understanding of both for profit and not for organizations at the local, state and national levels.

In addition to her commitment to organizational development, Colleen serves as National Board Member for the Council for Better Business Bureau, Past-President of Missoula Downtown Foundation, Board Member for the Northwest Better Business Bureau for Oregon/Washington/Montana/Idaho/Alaska, Board Member and Past-President for the Missoula Downtown Association, Past Board Member and Secretary for Montana Community Development Corporation, and actively volunteers for numerous local and statewide non-profit organizations. She is also an independent business representative and graduate of the 2012-13 Montana Leadership Program.
