John Paolini, a veteran of the personal insurance industry, joined NEBCO as the CEO in May 2016. Over the past 24 years, John has held senior executive positions with specialty insurance agencies and companies including; Gulfshore Insurance, Frank Crystal, ACE Private Risk Services, AIG Private Client Group, Chubb, and Fireman’s Fund. John is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He currently lives with his wife and two daughters in Naples, FL.
