Marve Ann M. Alaimo is a partner of the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP and based in the firm's Naples, Florida office. She has nearly 20 years of experience in estate and charitable gift planning, probate and trust administration as well as estate, trust and guardianship litigation. Marve Ann focuses on conflict avoidance, cooperative problem solving and family dynamics as foundational elements of an estate plan. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates lawyer and she has served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. She is Co-Chair of the Ave Maria School of Law 2018 Estate Planning Conference and President of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc. In addition to representing private clients, Marve Ann has also represented local, regional and national charities, nonprofits, and both private and public universities in shepherding their charitable gifts.
