Sean O'Reilly

Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Managing Director of Pine Hill Valuation Services. In his nearly 20 years of practice, he has gained expertise in providing valuation services for such purposes as financial reporting and tax compliance and consulting - doing so across a wide variety of industries. The financial reporting valuations generally take the form of purchase price allocations, impairment testing, stock compensation, options and warrants. In addition to bringing his expertise to client engagements, Sean provides presentations to investors, accountants, and attorneys on topics including business valuations, M&A transactions, and forensic accounting. Sean is also qualified to provide expert testimony on the subject of business valuations.

Prior to leading Pine Hill Valuation Services, Sean served as a Director with CBIZ, Inc. for 6 years. Before this position, he spent over 3 years with a national tax services firm, and 2+ years with a local financial advisory firm. Sean began his career providing valuation services for 5 years out of the Philadelphia office of Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Sean holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), having served on the Steering Committee for the annual M&A East conference since 2013, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.
