Andy Watts

Andy Watts is the manager of the Wealth Management Support and Advisor Practice Management teams at HD Vest. Andy oversees the on-boarding and training of new HD Vest Advisors, and is responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of HD Vest’s proprietary 1040 Analyst® tool. The 1040 Analyst draws upon each client’s directly uploaded tax data, and incorporates relevant information about his or her personal financial situation, goals and needs, to deliver tax-sensitive insight that enables the Advisor to introduce a detailed discussion of specific, immediately actionable investment and wealth management recommendations. As a result of the 1040 Analyst, HD Vest Advisors empowered more than 200,000 clients to plan in a tax-smart manner for their financial futures. In his role as Practice Management Manager Andy is responsible for directing the firm’s efforts to improve advisor productivity through the Advisor Practice Management team which utilizes the VestSuccessTM coaching program to increase efficiencies in Advisors’ practices.
