Mrs. Luna has a proven track record of over 19 years of public accounting, auditing and finance experience. Mrs. Luna was an advisor to Mary Jo White, former Chair of the SEC as a key member of the "Advisory Committee for Smaller & Emerging Growth Companies" to advocate improvements in the small cap space! Mrs. Luna hosts her own radio show "Compliance Expert" where she frequently hosts guests to discuss topics surrounding financial transformation, accounting leadership skills, compliance tactics and the latest in corporate governance.

Mrs. Luna has extensive advisory and board experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. Board experience in non-profit and for-profit sectors. IIA Certified and Trained Quality Assessment Reviewer. Mrs. Luna is both an active CPA and CIA. She is a current Board member for the Los Angeles Chapter of the IIA.
