Teri List-Stoll

Board Member, Microsoft & Danaher

Teri L. List-Stoll has been appointed EVP and CFO of Gap Inc., a leading global retailer operating the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix brands. Gap Inc. revenues are nearly $16 billion, with products available in more than 90 countries worldwide through about 3,750 stores and on-line.

Previously, Teri was EVP and CFO of Dick’s Sporting Goods, the largest sporting goods retailer in the United States. Prior to that, she was the EVP and CFO of Kraft Foods Group, one of the largest food and beverage companies in North America with revenues of over $18 billion. She had been with Procter & Gamble for nearly 20 years, including as SVP and Treasurer. Prior to that, she was with Deloitte, where she also completed a fellowship with the FASB.

Teri serves on the Boards and Audit Committees of Danaher Corporation and Microsoft. She previously was a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation and The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. She is married with two daughters and five step-daughters.
