Joyce Soriano-McDowell, Founding Partner at Rise Equity is a licensed CPA in the State of California (Inactive), has worked for several, multi-billion commercial real estate development and investment companies throughout Southern California. Her career includes roles as CFO, Controller, Director of Information Technology, and other titles. She has over 15 years proven experience in analyzing, implementing and achieving operational excellence for profit maximization. She is an expert in efficiently utilizing resources in real estate and other industries, strategic planning, managing assets, evaluating multi-billion commercial real estate transactions, appraising real estate assets, increasing revenues and developing a company's vision and direction. Currently, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Real Estate and Construction Committee. Finally, Ms. Soriano-McDowell is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received a Master in Business Taxation as well as dual Bachelor of Science Degrees majoring in Accounting, Finance and Information Systems.
