Kelly Souza is a managing director with Wells Fargo's Real Estate Managed Assets Group ("REMAG"). She is located in Seattle, Washington.

As one of the nation's leaders in the real estate industry, Wells Fargo provides a comprehensive platform of banking and financing solutions to regional and national owners, operators and developers, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Kelly recently transitioned to REMAG in July 2020 after spending 2 years in a business development role within Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital in Los Angeles, CA. Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital is a multifamily lender that originates and services loans for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD.

Kelly has spent her career at Wells Fargo working in various capacities in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). A graduate of Wells Fargo's Credit Management Training Program in 2013, she ascended to run the San Diego real estate banking business for Wells Fargo. In 2016, she was provided the additional responsibility of leading the execution and implementation of the loan administration realignment for CRE's regional and specialty finance businesses.

Kelly holds a leadership position in numerous organizations, including the Bronze Multifamily Product Council of the Urban Land Institute and the executive board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego. In 2016, she was named one of San Diego's "40 under 40" by San Diego Metro Magazine and received the "Women Who Mean Business" award from the San Diego Business Journal.

Kelly has held various leadership positions on CRE's Development and Engagement Council and championed the Women's Initiative with the goal of driving gender diversity in Wells Fargo's real estate business.

Kelly earned her bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude.
