Jefferey C Lewis CPA

Jeff joined Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP in January 2001 with more than 11 years of public accounting experience with Big Four and local firms. Jeff serves as the firm’s Director of Risk Management and is primarily responsible for overseeing quality control policies and procedures throughout the firm. He works with other leaders in the firm across all industry, service and geographic lines to help ensure compliance with independence, ethics, regulatory and other professional standards. Jeff also assists the firm’s Professional Standards Group. In this capacity, he updates the firm on newly issued accounting and auditing pronouncements, performs technical reviews of financial statements and reports, and serves as a technical resource for research and consultation during complex accounting issues. Jeff also actively serves the profession through committee involvement in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Current and past committee involvement has included the Accounting and Review Services Committee, Independence-Behavioral Standards Subcommittee, PCPS Technical Issues Committee, Professional and Personal Liability Insurance Plan, and the National Advanced Accounting and Auditing Technical Symposium Steering Committee.
