John S. Phillips is the Chief Financial Officer of Pacifica Companies a privately held diversified real estate company consisting of 44 hotels with over 6,700 rooms, 63 senior housing projects, 55 multifamily properties with over 8,800 units, 7 office buildings, retail, industrial, self storage and residential assets. Since joining Pacifica Companies, Mr. Phillips has overseen all corporate financing, financial reporting, and accounting. Mr. Phillips is also involved in strategic planning and M&A. During his tenure, Pacifica has closed in excess of $2 billion in loans in a variety of real estate sectors.
