Dustin Hostetler

Dustin is the industry pioneer in applying Lean Six Sigma process improvement, workflow and project management techniques to the CPA profession. Over the past 15+ years of consulting to the profession, he has worked with nearly 200 firms to enhance processes and optimize technology utilization, including working with over half of the top 100 firms in the country. In recent years, Dustin has become well-known in the profession in helping firms develop and execute upon creating compelling vision and transformation plans. Dustin's bold, yet encouraging, leadership and facilitation style is often described as a "breath of fresh air" from clients. He prides himself on being the trailblazer -- and wants his clients to have that mindset as well. Dustin earned his BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and both his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications from Kent State University.
