Mr. Fisher is a Partner in PwC's Houston Forensic Services practice. Mr. Fisher has over nineteen years of experience in providing business and financial consulting to clients operating in a wide range of industries, including energy, real estate, financial services, software, and technology. Mr. Fisher has been involved in disputes, litigation support, corporate investigations, due diligence, and other consulting assignments regarding matters involving complex accounting, commercial contracts, construction projects, revenue recognition, securities litigation, anticorruption, and other forensic accounting matters.
Mr. Fisher's experience includes assisting companies' Board of Directors, outside counsel and legal, finance, internal audit and compliance departments in analyzing issues related to third party disputes, complex accounting issues, conducting investigations, performing due diligence, and designing and testing compliance programs. Mr. Fisher is experienced in analyzing books and records, conducting interviews, performing site visits, and examining transactions to assist companies in addressing accounting issues and identifying potential corruption and fraud related red flags. Mr. Fisher has analyzed accounting issues, assisted with third party disputes, conducted corporate investigations, performed due diligence, and consulted for multiple companies with operations throughout the world including Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Mr. Fisher also has significant experience working with companies and outside counsel in reporting findings to various regulators.
