Tom Lally is an Audit Partner with KPMG, LLP and has approximately 25 years of experience working in the financial services market place. During that time, he has delivered audit and attestation services to his clients, including financial statement audits and audit of internal control over financial reporting for public companies.

In addition, Tom has been a service provider to many organizations that have transitioned from the private markets to a public company as a result of initial public offerings, as well assisting companies in transitioning to the COSO 2013 internal control framework in recent years.

Tom and his wife Bonnie have been residents of Freehold since 2007, and have two school-aged children attending Freehold Township public schools. Tom is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in NJ and NY. He is active in many professional societies, and has previously served as a trustee for both the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the NJSCPA Scholarship Fund, which grants scholarships to high school students that are interested in pursuing an education and career in the field of accounting. Consistent with the other Trustees, Tom recognizes the importance of giving back to his community and is glad to contribute his time and talent to help the Foundation execute its mission in becoming the premier supplemental funding source to the public schools in Freehold Township.
