Sylvia Golden JD

Sylvia Golden is the executive legal editor at Business Valuation Resources. She researches and reviews recently decided valuation and damages cases and writes the monthly case law digests for BVLaw. She also reports on notable cases for Business Valuation Update, BVWire, and the BVLawAlert.

Ms. Golden received her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and is an active member of the State Bar of California. Prior to joining BVR, she practiced for years as a business immigration attorney in San Francisco, California, and worked as a research attorney for law firms specializing in complex civil and criminal litigation in Portland, Oregon.
