Shannon Farr CPA/ABV/CFF

Shannon specializes in the areas of valuation and litigation consulting services. With a focus on healthcare entities and physician practices, her business valuation experience encompasses a broad range of companies and has been used in mergers and acquisitions, succession and estate planning, shareholder buy-in/buy-out, and litigation. Shannon frequently provides consulting and expert witness services in both marital dissolution and commercial litigation matters involving valuation issues and economic damages. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting. In addition to being a CPA, she has also earned the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She serves on the AICPA's Forensic & Litigation Services Committee and its Forensic & Valuation Conference Committee. Shannon is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and serves as a vice chair of its Fair Market Value Affinity Group.
