Mr. Romask is a partner in the financial institutions Risk group in the Cleveland, Ohio office of Crowe Horwath LLP. He has exclusively served financial service companies for over 18 years and has been personally involved with numerous financial institution clients throughout the United States, ranging from start-up de-novo banks to financial institutions with multi-billion-dollar balance sheets. He works extensively in the areas of risk and internal audit services, SSAE16 reporting, compliance services, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and external audit.
Mr. Romask has been a presenter on financial institution accounting and audit matters for the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts, the annual Crowe Horwath LLP client conference and other local trade organizations.
Mr. Romask is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
