Jessica R. Cormier, CPA/CFF, CF

Jessica is a manager in fraud, forensic and litigation services for HORNE LLP. She provides assistance in fraud investigations and litigation support engagements including fraud detection and prevention in various financial transactions, lost-profit calculations, economic analysis, bankruptcy matters, and financial motive in arson cases.

Jessica joined HORNE in 2011 and has more than eight years of experience working at a privately-held company in various accounting leadership positions including assistant controller.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is also Certified in Financial Forensics

Jessica is a 2014 of the AICPA Leadership Academy and currently serves on the AICPA Young Member Leadership Committee as well as Vice chair of the EDGE Planning Task Force. She is also on the Champions Task Force that supports the Women’s Initiative Executive Committee. Jessica also serves on HORNE’s personnel committee, the team that sets philosophy and policy direction for the firm’s 500+ team members.

Jessica is also very involved in the Society of Louisiana CPAs serving on their Strategic Planning Committee and as the Baton Rouge Chapter Treasurer. Jessica was the recipient of the 2017 Women to Watch Emerging Leader Award by the LCPA.
