Joseph Rugger, CPA, CGMA currently serves as the Accounting Director and Financial Planner for Tooth and Coin, a CPA Firm that Specializes in serving the accounting, tax, and financial planning needs of the Dentistry Profession. Joseph is a well traveled speaker serves as a discussion leader for the AICPA and 15 state CPA societies.

Joseph is a graduate of Lyon College in Batesville Arkansas. While at Lyon, Joseph completed majors in Accounting, Economics & Finance. He was a four year letterman for the Lyon College Scots' baseball team and was named a Tran-South Conference Scholar Athlete. He completed a Master's Degree in Professional Accountancy at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.

Joseph is an avid traveler. In 2016 he semi-retired and traveled full time for 18 months. During that stretch, Joseph visited 14 countries and 48 states in the last 2 years. In his lifetime he has visited all 50 states. While travelling he enjoys visiting National Parks (48 visited), Major League Baseball Stadiums (21 visited), and Presidential Libraries (9 visited) and counting.

Joseph currently serves as the Chair of the Arkansas Society of CPAs. He was named the 2011 Outstanding Emerging CPA by the Arkansas Society of CPA's. Joseph was named the 2013 Lyon College Patterson Decade Award Winner. He recently completed a three year term as a member of the AICPA's EDGE Conference Planning Committee and AICPA's Young Member Leadership Committee. Joseph is a 2013 AICPA Leadership Academy Graduate. In 2020 Joseph was awarded the AICPA's Outstanding Young CPA Award in honor of Maximo Mukelabai.
