Kristina brings an HR background spanning over 15 years with a variety of industry experience. Starting in 2000, Kristina began working for a large, non-profit youth organization located in Phoenix, AZ and remained there until 2005. During her tenure as a Benefits Administrator and HR Generalist she implemented several employee benefit programs such as flexible spending, supplemental insurance, and a paid-time off program. During this time she also had the opportunity to engage with the board of directors on several projects including working with the nominating committee and revamping the compensation structure.

In 2005, Kristina began working for Paychex as a Human Resources Generalist, was promoted to Senior HR Generalist after two years, and then promoted to an HR Consultant in 2013. Throughout her career with Paychex, Kristina has had the privilege of working with clients in the following industries:

• Hospitality & foodservice
• Professional associations
• Banking and finance

Kristina holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and a Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resources Management. These designations are indicative of a well-rounded HR body of knowledge and require ongoing education and recertification every three years. Kristina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2012 through the University of Phoenix; Kristina has a dedication to continuing education both within her chosen field and personal life.
