Mark R. Adams JD

Mark is a Cum Laude graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and the Western New England University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1992.

A member of the Massachusetts Bar, Mark has been serving members of the Employers Association in a variety of capacities since 1990 including but not limited to coordinating and directing the association’s affirmative action, benefits administration, reference checking and compensation survey services. A primary editor and author of EANE’s E-Newsletters and E-Alerts, Mark keeps members abreast of pending legal and regulatory developments that impact employers and has also authored some of EANE’s white papers.

A certified trainer with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Mark conducts seminars, webinars and training programs on such diverse topics as Affirmative Action, Discrimination, Drug Testing and Awareness, Health Care Reform, Sexual Harassment, Family and Medical Leave, Wage and Hour, Employee vs. Independent Contractor Issues, Union Awareness and the NLRB and many other labor and employment law related topics. In this regard, Mark has not only spoken at EANE Conferences but has also conducted programs on behalf of such organizations as Human Resource Association of Berkshire County (HRABC), the Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, the Meriden Chamber of Commerce, the Northeast Connecticut Human Resource Association, the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce and the University of Rhode Island's Charles T. Schmidt, Jr. Labor Research Center.
