Barbara L. Potts CPA

Barbara Potts is the Senior Director of Finance for Ascension, the nation’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system, and is a member of the AICPA Healthcare Revenue Recognition Task Force. She is a former member of the AICPA Healthcare Committee and Expert Panel. Barbara served on the HFMA Principles and Practices Board from 2009 through 2015. She is a member of the Washington University Professional Accounting Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Ascension, Barbara was an Associate Vice President at Saint Louis University where she worked in strategic planning and provided oversight for the sale of the University’s hospital. Before joining Saint Louis University, Barbara was a senior manager in Audit and Advisory Services at Price Waterhouse.
