Andy has been providing tax solutions to start-ups and other technology companies in Silicon Valley since 1985. His specialties include corporate, partnership, and individual tax and compensation planning; stock option taxation and planning; and international taxation. Andy has been nationally recognized for his involvement with and contributions to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to help shape tax policy and rules. Andy also heads the Brazil Desk for Moss Adams and is the winner of the Moss Adams 2014 Technical Excellence Award in the Partners Category.
