Since 1998, as a dealership consultant, Brooke Samples has coached and motivated hundreds of department managers across North America. She combines her previous dealership experience, plus feedback from 20 years of working with her Clients, to help Managers reach higher departmental profits using her monthly financial analysis, Profit Blueprints. Before she became a Consultant, she worked in Dealerships in a variety of upper management positions. She expanded her automotive knowledge while she worked for Lloyd Schiller’s Dealer Service Corporation; and later as part of NCM Associates, where she moderated two Human Resources 20 Groups, along with managing the off-site consulting division. Over the course of her career, Brooke has analyzed over 20,000 dealership financial statements. In 2009 she started Profit Blueprints, LLC to provide dealers with a quick and painless way to interpret their dealerships’ opportunities and offer one-on-one help to owners and managers for their unique challenges; plus deliver an alternative to 20 Groups. In 2012 & 2013 she worked with VW University to train VW field staff to understand the profit opportunities hidden in their dealers’ financial statements. Brooke is one of Dealers Edge’s most popular presenters with webinars that cover an array of “best practices” topics.
