Andrea Dudek is a Director in KPMG LLP’s Compensation and Benefits Practice and has over 30 years of experience advising clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She advises clients on the taxation and reporting of compensation programs including tax-qualified retirement plans, health benefit and cafeteria plans, deferred compensation plans, equity incentive plans, and employment and parachute agreements. She has performed numerous compliance reviews of tax-qualified plans and negotiated settlements on behave of clients with the Internal Revenue Service regarding compliance issues. Ms. Dudek also provides assistance on employee benefit tax issues in corporate transactions including the calculation of income tax and excise tax liabilities under the golden parachute rules. She also assists on KPMG employee plan audits.
