Mr. Mekadenaumporn is a Manager in KPMG's Compensation and Benefits practice. He works primarily on domestic compensation and benefits issues. He reviews and helps determine the taxation, reporting, withholding and deduction rules for equity compensation, fringe benefit programs, IRC section 280G golden parachute rules, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements (including IRC section 409A) and other types of executive compensation. He also assists with tax reviews of qualified plans.
