Stephen G. Swirnow JD

Stephen G. Swirnow is Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel for T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and its family of companies, where he is responsible for providing legal advice on business practices and operational compliance with respect to T. Rowe Price’s retirement plan business. Prior to working for T. Rowe Price, Stephen was a senior manager in the Washington, DC (Mclean, VA) practice office of Deloitte Tax LLP, where he advised clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Prior to that, Stephen was the compliance department manager at Laiken Associates, Inc., a boutique employee benefits consulting firm in New York City. Stephen earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland, School of Law, and a B.S. in business management with a concentration in finance from the University of Maryland General Honors Program.
