Stewart Frank, CPA/PFS, AIFA is the founder and chief executive officer of Precision Fiduciary Analytics (PFA), a private fiduciary consulting firm located in Bingham Farms, Michigan. PFA provides independent, diversification monitoring services for client portfolios totaling more than $200 million in assets. Client categories include family offices, not-for-profit endowments, pension plans, and private trusts. In addition, Stewart provides litigation consulting and expert witness services involving breach of fiduciary duty. He has provided expert witness services for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and numerous state jurisdictions as well as FINRA arbitrations. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a credential awarded to CPAs who demonstrate extensive tax expertise and extensive knowledge of financial planning by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA), an accreditation earned from fi360 attesting to the holders expertise in prudent investment processes and assessment principles. He is the author and co-author of many white papers on fiduciary compliance. His work in the area of fiduciary compliance and litigation support has been cited in articles appearing in Bloomberg Wealth Management and Business Week. He was a contributor to both Prudent Practices for Investment Stewards, fi360 et al., May 2013, and Prudent Practices for Investment Advisors, fi360 et al., May 2013 as well as serving as a Special Consultant on Fiduciary Matters to the Fiduciary Task Force of the AICPAs Personal Financial Planning Executive Committee during its technical review of the two fiduciary handbooks. Stewart is a popular continuing professional education instructor on the topics of prudent diversification and fiduciary compliance, instructing attorneys, CPAs, judges, investment advisors, and trustees. The AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA), the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (I.C.L.E), The Special Needs Alliance, fi360, are some of the organizations that have utilized Stewart's expertise to provide continuing education programs for their members.
