Daniel S. Rubin is a partnerin the Trusts and Estates and Asset Protection practice groups of the New YorkCity law firm of Moses & Singer LLP. He has a B.A. in International Relations from the Elliot School of theGeorge Washington University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. inTaxation from the New York University School of Law.
Mr. Rubin has been named by Worthmagazine as one of the "Top 100 Attorneys" in the nation for privateclients, by Law & Politics as a "New York Super Lawyer"®and as one of The Best Lawyers in America® for Trusts and Estatesby U.S. News-Best Lawyers.
Mr. Rubin is a fellow of theAmerican College of Trust and Estate Counsel where he is Chair of the AssetProtection Committee, a faculty member and lecturer at the Heckerling Instituteon Estate Planning, and an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Schoolof Law where he teaches Asset ProtectionPlanning.
Mr.Rubin is also the co-author of the third edition of the Bureau of NationalAffairs' Tax Management Portfolio on Asset Protection Planning.
In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Rubin iscertified as a Paramedic by the State of New York State, and is a volunteerwith the Oceanside Fire Department, in Oceanside, Long Island, New York.
