Executive Summary Alana B. Sullivan, CHC Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer Erlanger Health System Alana Sullivan has been the Chief Compliance Officer at the Erlanger Health System since January 2006 where she has developed and implemented a corporate-wide compliance program, as well as serving as the primary contact with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the duration of Erlanger’s Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) from which Erlanger was released in the spring of 2011. Immediately prior to joining Erlanger, Ms. Sullivan also served as Chief Compliance Officer for PolyMedica Corporation, where she was also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of a CIA with the OIG for that organization. As a healthcare professional with over 25 years of financial, regulatory, reimbursement and executive management experience, Ms. Sullivan has experience in a broad range of healthcare financial, compliance, and reimbursement issues. Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Tulane University and currently has both her CCEP certification from SCCE and her CHC certification by the HCCB.
