Carole is an audit partner in EY’s Houston office and also serves as the Southwest Region’s Health Care & Life Sciences Market Segment Leader. Carole has more than 30 years of audit experience, including more than 22 years devoted to serving the health care industry, including not-for-profit multi-hospital systems, venture capital/private equity backed health care companies and SEC registrants.

• Brings extensive knowledge of technical issues affecting health care systems
• Assisted clients with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 requirements, including providing advisory, enterprise risk assessment and business process reviews
• Advises clients on numerous industry and financial accounting and reporting issues affecting their growth
