Gregory D. Anderson, CPA/ABV, CVA is a partner with HORNE and concentrates his practice in consulting on income distribution plans for physician group practices; design, implementation and fair market value studies related to hospital/physician employment and other compensation arrangements; and the valuation of medical practices, diagnostic facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and other health care facilities. He regularly writes and speaks on health care valuation issues, physician compensation plan design, and the Stark Law. He is co-author of The Financial Professional’s Guide to Healthcare Reform (John Wiley and Sons, Inc., 2012) and a contributing author of BVR/AHLA Guide to Healthcare Industry Compensation and Valuation (Business Valuation Resources, 2012), The BVR/AHLA Guide to Healthcare Valuation, Third Edition (Business Valuation Resources, 2012), Health Law Handbook (Thomson Reuters/West, 2010 and 2014), and BVR’s Guide to Physician Practice Valuation (Business Valuation Resources, 2010). Greg is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Medical Group Management Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
