As the Chief Assurance Officer (CAO) for CliftonLarsonAllen, Anita has overall responsibility for assurance quality and efficiency across the firm. The CAO leads the National Assurance Technical Group and oversees the entire Assurance Resource Network of professionals that carry out the firm's commitment to high quality of audit and other assurance services while promoting a culture of continuous learning and process improvement across the firm’s industries and geographies. Anita currently serves as on the AICPA Peer Review Board as Vice Chair and Chair of the Standards Task Force. She is also an Association of Certified Fraud Examiners member, a past FASB Valuation Resource Group member, and a past WICPA Peer Review Committee member. Anita has a bachelor of business in accounting, summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
